Terms & Conditions Terms that govern access to the platform

1. Virtual-only play

• All Tokens used on the platform are virtual and exist only within the service.
• No deposits, purchases, withdrawals, or cash-out functions are offered.
• Tokens do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.
• Game outcomes affect on-site progress only and carry no financial consequence.

2. Accounts and Tokens

Users may create accounts to access profile features, gameplay records, and Token balances. Tokens are linked to the on-site account and may be adjusted, reset, or corrected if technical issues or abuse are detected.

• Tokens remain virtual-only from first use to final session.
• Balances are shown as part of the platform interface and profile tools.
• We may correct balances or activity records where misuse or errors occur.
• No account balance represents or impacts real finances.

3. Prohibited use

To protect the platform, users must not exploit or misrepresent the service.

• No bots, scripts, or other automation tools may be used.
• No multi-account farming or artificial Token accumulation is allowed.
• No attempts to bypass security, alter results, or interfere with the service may be made.
• No user may present the platform as real-money gambling or a cash-reward service.
• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward the service or other users is permitted.

4. Age limit

Access to Avotec Games is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Responsible use

The service is designed for light social entertainment. Users should take breaks when needed, avoid unhealthy use patterns, and remember that platform activity has no financial significance.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or ongoing availability of every feature at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avotec Games Finland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including temporary downtime, technical errors, or data issues.

These terms may be revised to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Updated versions will be posted on the platform. Continued use of Avotec Games after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
